What You’ll Do as a Talent Acquisition Intern

As a part of Deloitte’s Enabling Area team, you will:

Talent Sourcing

  • Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.

Resume Screening

  • Review and evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Interview Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Job Description Management

  • Support the team in drafting and publishing accurate and engaging job descriptions across platforms.

Recruitment Administration

  • Provide backend administrative support including maintaining candidate databases, following up on interview feedback, and keeping recruitment records updated.

Qualifications

  • Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate (students or recent graduates welcome)
  • Internship Duration: 6 Months
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of recruitment life cycle is a plus
  • Attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
