Role Overview
As an Operations Manager I, you will be aligned to one of Amazon’s key operations roles based on business needs:
- Area Manager (Fulfillment Center/Sort Center)
- Operations Manager (Customer/Seller Services or Transportation)
- Station Manager (Delivery Station Operations)
You will work closely with the India operations leadership team, lead cross-functional initiatives, analyze performance metrics, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
