Key Responsibilities – Review and analyze pre-recorded audio calls and message transcripts to assess compliance with Google Ads quality standards. – Detect potential fraud, phishing, and misuse of customer-sensitive information. – Compare call and text information against predefined eligibility and compliance criteria. – Identify scam-related behavior and suspicious advertising practices. – Maintain accuracy while meeting daily targets and performance metrics. – Collaborate effectively with team members and report findings in a clear and organized manner. – Use basic Excel functions for tracking and reporting purposes.
