Position Summary: Data Analyst – Real Estate Research

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Research team in Gurugram. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in collecting, validating, analyzing, and visualizing commercial real estate data. You will work closely with global teams, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to the excellence of our proprietary database.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, audit, and input commercial real estate data into internal platforms following standard procedures.
• Understand real estate concepts and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with onshore teams to prioritize tasks and meet data quality goals.
• Develop and implement best practices across the Americas Research Group.
• Suggest and execute process improvements for enhanced data efficiency.
• Use visualization tools to detect inconsistencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor and validate datasets to maintain audit-ready standards.
• Train internal teams on data tools and quality processes.
• Build strong working relationships with US-based counterparts and gain expertise in internal tools and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Up to 1 year of experience in data analysis, research, or a related field. Exposure to commercial real estate is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, MATCH, INDEX; VBA is a bonus).
• Analytical mindset with logical reasoning and data validation capabilities.
• Experience in using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Passion for data quality and process improvement.
