Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing performance using Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) frameworks.
  • Conduct panel data analysis and work with large-scale marketing datasets.
  • Execute the Data Science workflow — from data cleaning and transformation to model building and validation.
  • Understand and evaluate marketing channels, key conversion funnel stages, and effectiveness metrics.
  • Perform complex data manipulation tasks, including joins, aggregation, merging, and appending.
  • Conduct statistical testing to validate hypotheses and marketing impact.
  • Present insights through compelling data visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a marketing analytics or data analysis role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in either:
    • R (tidyverse, plotly/ggplot2), or
    • Python (pandas, numpy) for statistical analysis and data visualization.
  • Strong command of SQL for data extraction and transformation (joins, aggregations, window functions).
  • Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI for dashboard development and storytelling.
  • Understanding of statistical methods and their application to marketing data.
