Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor business-as-usual (BAU) reports and maintain automated reporting systems.
• Maintain and update client-facing reports, including data refresh, adding insights or comments, resolving technical issues, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Identify and escalate data discrepancies or quality issues.
• Respond quickly to ad-hoc or urgent data and reporting requests.
• Propose and implement improvements or automation opportunities in existing processes.
• Contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and apply best practices in your work.

Qualifications:

• A recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, formulas, chart creation). Knowledge of VBA and PowerPoint is an added advantage.
• Familiar with process automation, data QA (quality assurance), and reporting accuracy.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities with a strong focus on detail and precision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).
• Self-motivated, flexible, and proactive with strong ownership of tasks.
• Good time management and the ability to work independently or in collaborative teams.
• Experience working in virtual or multicultural environments is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for documentation and process clarity.
