What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone, providing high-quality, timely support.
• Troubleshoot product-related issues, reproduce bugs, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex concerns.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams like Product and Engineering to escalate and close technical cases.
• Identify patterns in support tickets and suggest improvements to product or processes.
• Deliver empathetic, customer-first support and help ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Work Location: Chennai (On-site, 5 days/week)
• Recruitment Process:
  • Shortlisted candidates will receive a screening assignment with 1 week to complete it.
  • Final interviews will be conducted in person on two Saturdays at our Chennai office (advance notice will be provided).
