Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to business representatives to verify and confirm data accuracy.
• Use sound judgment to assess data quality and make decisions accordingly.
• Process and raise necessary requests or transactions while adhering to compliance and security protocols.
• Maintain high standards of quality and productivity, consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
• Apply in-depth analysis and handle complex data cases with care and precision.
• Use a variety of internal tools to conduct semi-technical investigations and resolve escalations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, internal departments, and senior staff through various communication channels (phone, email, in-person).
• Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to evolving processes and new instructions on a regular basis.
• Operate in a 24/7 shift-based environment, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed to meet business requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0–6 months of relevant experience in data evaluation or similar roles (Process Executive preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Flexible and adaptable to changes in a high-pressure environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts and around-the-clock schedules, including weekends and holidays.
