Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to embed quality into every stage of development, from requirements gathering to delivery of scalable, concurrent systems.
  • Design, develop, test, debug, and refactor both new and existing functionalities.
  • Analyze user requirements and convert them into clean, efficient code.
  • Develop and optimize both front-end and back-end code, ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, contribute to defining system architecture, and review specifications and designs.
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers to conduct root cause analyses, perform unit testing, and review code for quality.
  • Stay abreast of current software development trends and best practices.
  • Engage in continuous learning and apply new skills and techniques to your work.
  • Participate in team meetings and calls, including overlapping hours with US-based teams as needed.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Education: BE/ME/MCA in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and SQL.
    • Hands-on experience with .NET/C#, JavaScript and related frameworks, HTML/CSS, and relational databases.
  • Professional Attributes:
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Highly motivated, proactive, and a quick learner.
    • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, agile environment.
  • Location: This is a full-time, on-site role (5 days working from the office).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in software development projects.
  • Familiarity with open-source code and industry-standard best practices.
  • Knowledge of modern development practices and tools.
