Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis and create insightful reports using MS Excel to support business operations.
• Manage and update databases and spreadsheets to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Assist in executing display advertising campaigns by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Support email marketing initiatives by preparing, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Deliver timely and accurate reports to stakeholders, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Conduct research and data gathering to support strategic decision-making.
• Document processes and procedures to ensure operational consistency and compliance.
• Participate in team meetings, contributing to project discussions and brainstorming sessions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related and reporting issues effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance job performance and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Basic understanding of display advertising and email marketing techniques is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (read, write, speak).
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and reports.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Certifications Preferred:

• MS Excel or Data Analysis certification is a plus.
