Responsibilities:- – Perform activities mentioned in KRA/Position summary based on defined guidelines in SOPs/Run books with business impact understanding. – Ensure stated productivity requirements for the engagement. – Perform Health check and event monitoring. – Verify all daemons are running as per standard operating procedures. – Verify all applications are working without any alterations in service. – Verify receipt of any push or pull actions.
