Job Summary
We are seeking a Jr. Online Analyst – CM with 0 to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel and domain experience in ISV and Hi-Tech. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a rotational shift model from our office. Proficiency in English is essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze online data to identify trends and insights that can drive business decisions.
- Utilize MS Excel to create detailed reports and dashboards for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of online campaigns and provide actionable recommendations.Assist in the development and implementation of data collection systems and other strategies.Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and validations.
- Support the team in troubleshooting data-related issues and providing timely resolutions.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve online presence and performance.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and share insights.
- Maintain documentation of data processes and methodologies for future reference.
- Work in a rotational shift model to provide continuous support and coverage.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives.
Qualifications:
- Possess strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Have domain experience in ISV and Hi-Tech industries.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Show ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Display effective communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Be adaptable to rotational shifts and work from the office.
