We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join the Oracle Retail Operations Team. In this role, you will support strategy development and execution in DevOps while leveraging analytics to uncover revenue-generating opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to support the development and execution of strategies that improve processes.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that align with business objectives, focusing on driving revenue growth and optimizing operational workflows.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical documentation to guide development efforts and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Assist in developing performance metrics and KPIs to track the success of business initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Utilize analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive revenue generation and improve business outcomes.
- Communicate findings and strategies to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and dashboards.
Education/ Experience/ Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up, organizational, written, and oral skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or other relevant software.
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to provide constructive feedback in a manner that results in improved performance.
- Strong listening skills with attention to detail and accuracy in workflow.
- Ability to manage time effectively, multi-task, and meet deadlines and requirements; accordingly, must be a self-starter.
- Demonstrated objectivity, professionalism, flexibility and maturity with the ability to deal with multiple levels of the organization.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced self-directed environment.
