Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Administrator with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP S/4HANA Administration SAP BTP Administration SAP HANA Administration NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration. This role requires a strong foundation in Finance & Accounting and Devices / SPM domains. The position offers a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide support for SAP BTP Administration ensuring seamless integration and functionality across platforms.
- Manage SAP HANA Administration tasks including system monitoring performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Handle NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin responsibilities ensuring the stability and efficiency of applications.
- Perform SAP Basis Administration duties including system upgrades patches and user management.
- Collaborate with Finance & Accounting teams to ensure SAP systems meet financial reporting and compliance requirements.
- Work with Devices / SPM domain experts to integrate and optimize SAP solutions for device management.
- Conduct regular system health checks and implement necessary improvements to maintain system integrity.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users to enhance their understanding and use of SAP systems.
- Participate in project planning and execution to ensure successful implementation of new SAP features and updates.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent issues and downtime.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to continuously improve system performance and efficiency.
Qualifications:-
- Possess a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Administration and its core functionalities.
- Demonstrate expertise in SAP BTP Administration and its integration capabilities.
- Have experience in SAP HANA Administration including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Show proficiency in NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin tasks and application management.
- Exhibit knowledge in SAP Basis Administration including system upgrades and user management.
- Understand the Finance & Accounting domain and its requirements for SAP systems.
- Be familiar with Devices / SPM domain and its integration with SAP solutions.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to system maintenance and improvement.
