What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?
Experience, Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business. An AI first mentality is essential to this position.
- Foundational programming and database knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools, including ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, and Copilot.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
- Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), Python, and Microsoft Excel.
- Exposure to enterprise, financial, or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms.
- Understanding of application support and system administration concepts.
