Secure File Exchange team is operating by enabling 2M+ file transfers/day serving 6000+ active CORP users and 9000+ Active merchants. The platform has support for multiple protocols of file transfers including SFTP, S3, HTTPS and many more. You would be having opportunity to impact thousands of customers and numerous partners by enabling their use case to seamlessly transfer and share files in the most secured way.
Your day to day:
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Design, implement, review, and roll out features to production.
- Build and maintain monitoring and observability frameworks to proactively detect potential incidents impacting customer flows.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation or developing tools to enhance team productivity.
- Collaborate with Product and Clients to understand their pain points and contribute to building a roadmap to address them.
