Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Training & Communication Trainee to support documentation, communication, and user training activities for Teamcenter PLM and CAD/Design tools. The role involves working closely with global teams to create high‑quality learning content, manage user communication, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Description :-

Key Responsibilities

1. Documentation & Training Support

• Develop, structure, and maintain clear, accurate, and user‑oriented documentation for Teamcenter PLM and CAD/Design tools.
• Create training content such as instructional materials, step‑by‑step guides, process documentation, and e‑learning modules.
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and global usability across all documents and training resources.

2. Communication Support

• Draft and distribute professional and timely user communication, including system updates, planned maintenance notifications, release announcements, and self‑help resources.
• Ensure all communication aligns with team guidelines and is validated for accuracy.

3. Survey & Feedback Management

• Assist in designing user surveys focused on PLM and CAD tool satisfaction, training quality, and service efficiency.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize survey data to deliver insights and improvement recommendations.
• Support preparation of visually structured feedback reports for stakeholders.

4. Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with the team lead, platform owners, and cross‑functional teams to coordinate training, communication, and documentation tasks.
• Support workflow coordination to ensure timely execution of all deliverables.
• Participate actively in team discussions and planning sessions.

5. Technical Knowledge Advantage (Optional)

• Apply basic PLM or CAD tool knowledge—if available—to enhance the accuracy and usability of technical documents and training content.
• Provide inputs that improve content quality and end‑user experience.

6. Compliance Awareness

• Maintain awareness of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards relevant to documentation and IT service delivery.

The role is based in our office in SP Infocity, Pune – but it goes without saying that the remote & hybrid working is a part of our modern ways of working.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong digital literacy and proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with colleagues across countries.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt proactively, and manage tasks independently.
• Strong teamwork and service‑oriented mindset.
• Genuine interest in training, communication, and documentation activities.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Basic understanding of PLM or CAD environments.
• Exposure to e‑learning, content creation, or survey analysis tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
