Job description
Basic Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must trained & certified in SAP Basis.
- Candidate must have good communication Skills.
- Candidates must be comfortable to work with company for long-term.
- Candidate should be flexible to work on different projects at any of the Tech Mahindra Development Center’s or Client Locations spread across country according to company work hours.
- Candidate must be comfortable to work in different shifts.
Educational Qualification:
- Candidate should be a B.tech / M.CA / M.SC graduate passing in 2024 or 2025 with specialization in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, E&E, Telecommunication or Electronics.
- Candidate must have scored at least 65 % in 10th, 12th/Diploma and Graduation and post- graduation (If done).
- Candidate must not have any gap years during their academics.
CTC offered: 3.25 LPA.
Selection Process: Aptitude and English test —> Communication Test —> Technical Interview —> HR Interview.
Must note:
- Candidate will be on probation for 06 months post selection.
- Candidate will undergo on job training / classroom training and shadowing during probation as per the business requirements.
- Candidate will have to sign an indemnity bond for a mandatory service period of 2 years from date of joining the company.
